Product Features
1. The sweetness is 85%~95% of sucrose; 2. Heat-resistant, acid-resistant, moisturizing, non-fermentable; 3. Low calorie value, zero sucrose; 4. Hygroscopic, can be used as a moisturizing agent for various foods. 5. It is not easy to be used by mold, yeast and lactic acid bacteria, and can prevent dental caries. 6. When the human body ingests maltitol, blood sugar will not rise rapidly, and insulin secretion will not be stimulated. 7. With emulsion stability, it can be used as a fat substitute, and its taste is the same as fat.
