Quality Index
Type A: powder, PH2.5--3.5; suitable for most food, need to use buffer to adjust acidity. Type N: liquid, concentration 70%, use KOH to adjust PH to 5.0--6.0; easy to produce frozen desserts and candies, easy to process and add. Type K: edible KHCO3 grade polydextrose solution PH=5.0--6.0. Especially suitable for acidic food and moisture-prone food.
Product Features
1. The digestibility of polydextrose in the body is 22--25%, and the calorie is 4.18Kj/g (ie 1Kcal/g), which is about 1/4 of ordinary carbohydrates and 1/9 of fat; 2. The human body can reach the daily consumption of 90g without causing diarrhea; 3. The viscosity of the aqueous solution of polydextrose is slightly higher than that of the sucrose solution of the same concentration; 4. When the ambient temperature is relatively high, it can fully absorb water. As a food humectant, it can ensure that the food is neither dehydrated nor absorbent; 5. It can be melted at above 130 °C, and can form a glass-like substance after cooling, with a brittle structure similar to hard candy 6. The polydextrose solution is quite stable, and it is difficult for microorganisms to survive in the polydextrose solution.
